We offer a high traffic opportunity to sell your antiques and collectibles, locally-made & repurposed items & furniture.
We look for vendors with a passion for all things retro, antique, and repurposed. Those looking to sell merchandise pre-2000’s, with a flair for visual display and commerciality.
We have one application for all three centers in both Newburgh & Hyde Park, New York.
At our locations we offer:
Modular booths available in many sizes, rented month to month.
A 360 marketing & advertising program in trade & local publication including social media outlets.
Cashier services and best in class customer assistance, no working-hour requirements.
A modern approach to tracking inventory & sales, with monthly payouts.
Collection and remittance of State sales tax.
Booth availability is on a first-come/first-serve basis, and based on the below application.
A high traffic center on a main thoroughfare.

To be a dealer at Newburgh Vintage Emporium, Ware-House or Hyde Park Antiques Center you must be able to provide the following:
A signed Vendor Agreement with Newburgh Vintage Emporium
A copy of your Driver’s License
First month’s rent + Security deposit of one (1) month’s rent
